本隱私權政策適用於個人開發者 Momoxie 所開發的 iOS App「Cleaner 照片清理」（以下稱「本 App」）。
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app "Cleaner" (the "App") developed by the individual developer Momoxie.
簡單來說：本 App 不收集、不上傳、不分享任何資料。所有照片的瀏覽、分析與清理都在您的手機上完成。
In short: the App does not collect, upload, or share any data. All browsing, analysis, and cleanup of your photos happens on your device.
本 App 需要相簿權限，才能讓您瀏覽並清理照片與影片。取得權限後，本 App 只會在您的裝置上：
裁剪會套用在原本的照片上（與「照片」App 的編輯方式相同），原圖由系統保留，您可以隨時在「照片」App 中復原。
The App requests photo library access so you can browse and clean up your photos and videos. With that permission, the App only does the following on your device:
Cropping is applied to the original photo in the same way as editing in the Photos app. The original is preserved by the system and can be reverted in the Photos app at any time.
本 App 不會將您的照片、影片或任何分析結果上傳到網路，也不會傳送給我們或任何第三方。若您的照片存放在 iCloud，iOS 可能會從 iCloud 下載原始檔案以供顯示或裁剪，這是 Apple 系統的行為，本 App 本身不連線至任何伺服器。
The App never uploads your photos, videos, or any analysis results to the internet, and never sends them to us or any third party. If your photos are stored in iCloud, iOS may download the originals from iCloud for display or cropping; this is handled by Apple's system, and the App itself does not connect to any server.
本 App 只在您的裝置上儲存運作所需的少量資料，例如待刪除清單、各相簿的瀏覽進度、排序方式、相似照片的敏感度設定，以及最近使用的相簿。這些資料不會離開您的裝置，刪除 App 時會一併刪除。
The App stores only a small amount of data on your device to function, such as the list of photos marked for deletion, your progress in each album, sort order, similarity sensitivity, and recently used albums. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the App.
The App requires no account and asks for no personal information; does not upload photos or videos, and does not itself connect to any server; has no ads, does not track you, and does not use the advertising identifier; uses no analytics, crash reporting, or third-party services; has no in-app purchases or subscriptions; and does not sell or share any data.
本 App 不會蒐集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下兒童。
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
您可以隨時在 iOS「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 照片」中變更或撤回本 App 的相簿權限。由於本 App 不收集任何個人資料，我們沒有可供存取、更正、刪除或攜出的資料；若您位於歐洲經濟區、英國或瑞士，您仍享有 GDPR／UK GDPR 賦予的各項權利，並可向所在地的資料保護主管機關提出申訴。
You can change or revoke the App's photo library access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. Because the App does not collect any personal data, we hold no data that could be accessed, corrected, erased, or exported. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you still have all rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
若本 App 的功能或資料處理方式改變，我們會更新本政策並修改本頁的更新日期。
If the App's features or data practices change, we will update this Policy and the date on this page.
